Have your say
We want to know what is important to you, so we can continue to improve the quality of our care and the experience of the people we support.
Our Consumer Advisory Body is made up of people who use our aged care services, their carers and family members.
Members of the Consumer Advisory Body are invited to share ideas and opinions about:
- The quality and range of services we provide
- The technology we and the people we support use
- How we communicate and provide information
- Areas for improvement and issues of concern
What is involved?
Members will need to be able to commit to participate for one year.
During the year, you’ll be invited to participate in Consumer Advisory Body meetings.
Your voice makes a difference
Recommendations provided by the Consumer Advisory Body will inform our Board and Executive Leadership Team about the quality of care and services we provide.
We will:
- Consider Consumer Advisory Body recommendations for improvement when making decisions about the quality of care and services
- Write to the Consumer Advisory Body about how its recommendations were considered
